Pascal is currently Secretary General of the Economy of Trust Foundation initiated by SICPA. In his role, he is building a community and an innovation platform linked to the Unlimitrust campus focused on digital trust. Most recently, Pascal held several positions in the US within Swiss Re, a global reinsurer, focusing on digital strategy and innovation management. Previously, Pascal spent 20 years as a Swiss diplomat as one of the early leaders of the Swissnex network, a private–public partnership dedicated to facilitating collaboration with Swiss universities, startups and corporates in all fields related to science, technology and innovation. After spending a decade establishing key partnerships and activities in Boston, Pascal moved to China to establish the Swissnex platform in the region. He holds Law degrees from the University of Lausanne and Boston University as well as an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
