2022 Edition
Are you keen in experiencing an extraordinary event at a stunning venue from behind the scenes? Do you like meeting new people? Or do you have an interest in sport, physical activity and innovation? If you can tick at least one of those questions and are available on 17 and/or 18 May, we’d like to invite you to become a volunteer for THE SPOT, our international sport and innovation flagship event, which will take place on those two days in Lausanne.
Market Place
Help in setting up and supplying the stands.
Workshops Table
Ensure the proper maintenance of the discussion space.
Business Lounge
Direct the participants and ensure that the space is well maintained.
Main Stage
Reception of the participants and help during the conference programme (a good level of English is required)
Backstage
Help the technicians backstage (a good level of English is required).
Beverage Area
Ensure the proper maintenance and supply of the beverage area.
Lunch
Provide information to participants and ensure the smooth running of the lunch area.
Communication
Take pictures, interview the participants etc. (you will assist our professional team)
Installation
Help setting up the event on 17 May and provide support at the Welcome Party.
