THE SPOT 2022 delegate app is LIVE now and gives you access to many exciting features:
Installation of the App
The Delegate App can be downloaded via the iTunes App Store for iOS or via Google Play for Android phones.
Login
To login to the Delegate App you must use your login code. You received this 8-digit code by email. To connect to the event, just enter the login code into the app.
Full Agenda
Thanks to the Delegate App you can consult the full agenda of the event. You will access to the session name, time of the session, place and the speakers information
Attendees list
The attendees list allows you to know who is present at the event. The search tool allows participants to search for other participants using a filter and mark them as a favorite.
Messages
Within the app, you can message other participants by using the “messages” option on the menu. You can also send pictures, files and videos in the chat. This allows you to stay in contact with your colleagues, share documents and presentations or to book a face to face meeting with another participant.
Meetings
Meeting request can be made to participants (using the meeting icon – ) and can either be accepted or rejected. They will be displayed into your Meetings Agenda in the App. During THE SPOT you can hold your meeting(s) in the dedicated Business Lounge (see floor plan in the App) where you will be able to have a proper sit-down business meeting if needed. For booking a meeting you must choose your meeting table (Table A to J).
Thanks to the Delegate App you can access other information such as the Floor plan, the Menu or your own registration.
